Wage / pay in Italy:

In case of delay or failure to pay part of the wages / compensations / settlement amounts any owrker can appeal before the Labor Court.

Article. 2096 of Italian civil code provides that, except in cases where the law provides otherwise, the rights shall lapse (ordinary prescription) within a term of 10 years.
